Allow to request/link an archive link with archive.today.

Ideal workflow would be to assign a temporary reference (T84) to the previewed link, allowing user to then call the archive command on the link, e.g. +LinkRef archive.

Create a per-bot/-net/-room list of domains to automatically archive (as archive.today allows to bypass many paywalls).
